On the sensitive topic…fees.
We tailor our fees based on where you are in your R&D or depth of mentoring program, and to suit the type of service you want.
The topics for our talks are covered in 3 levels of depth: Level 1 is a quick skip through a topic, covering some of the basics; Level 2 is the topic in a bit more depth including a few more insights; Level 3 is the deep dive. At Level 3 it’s the ‘secret sauce’ detail more suited for ‘scale ups’, with the full knowledge and insights we have to offer.
Each Level builds upon the last, hence the time typically increases. For 20 minutes to half an hour we can cover a few topics at Level 1. With an hour we can cover most of the topics at Level 1 detail. Alternatively, for an hour we could cover a couple of key topics at Level 2 (building from Level 1 as an introduction). At Level 3, most individual topics will typically need more than an hour.
Let us know which topics at what Level you’d like to cover, or your time constraints, and we can talk fees and timing.
If you’re a small organisation or hub / incubator looking for a quick (20 minute to an hour), Level 1 talk across a few topics, it could be done ‘at cost’ - pretty much just covering our humble travel expenses (or maybe free!)
At Level 2 for an hour or more timeslot, or any Level 3 presentations, please drop us an email and we can talk fees. Scope, depth, time and delivery mode will be the main influencing factors.
For an embedded mentoring service into a broader start-up, scale-up or entrepreneurial program, it could be for free or charged based on the depth and length of time of the engagement.
Sorry we can’t just have a table of ‘how much for what’ or even an hourly rate. Prices range from free, or just cost recovery, to a flat $200, to over $1k/day. There’s just too many variables until we can discuss timing and scope. (As per project management 101!)
We’re big fans of “you’ve got to see it, to be it” so if you’re running a school STEM class, reach out too. We’d like to help across all education stages. Happy to work remotely too.
We're very keen to support regional and remote people and ideas too! We know first hand, not all of the smart people with good ideas live in the big cities.
